Evelyn Lillian Fama was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 24, 1923 to her parents, May and Halften Benson. Our beloved Evelyn passed through heaven's gate on May 2, 2022 at 99 years old. This past Easter, after a lovely evening meal with her family she underwent a small stroke or TIA, which resulted in a two week battle of declining health. Four days before her death, she reported seeing her loved ones waiting for her at the gate. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Raymond and her firstborn great granddaughter Ellianna Jauregui. She is survived by her two daughters, Rebecca Fama and Penny Jauregui, her son-in-law Luis, five grandchildren, their spouses, and 13 great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
