In Loving Memory of Gracie Ann Dominguez Slavik

Gracie Ann Dominguez Slavik, born April 22, 1963, a longtime resident of Eagle Point, Oregon, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in her sleep on June 5, 2026, at the age of 63. Surrounded by the love of her family and embraced by the mercy of God, she entered eternal rest in the hands of the Lord.

Gracie's Catholic faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her with strength, compassion, and devotion. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness and unwavering love touched all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen J. Slavik; her loving children, Michael S. Graham, April M. Zuniga, Victor M. G. Perez Jr., Santiago A. Perez, and Armando L. Perez (“Baby Bear”); four cherished grandchildren; and one precious great-granddaughter.

Gracie was preceded in death by her two beloved grandsons, Michael R. Graham (20) and Anthony R. Graham (19), whom she carried forever in her heart.

Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Gracie’s life. A viewing will be held at Perl Funeral Home on Monday, June 29, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 30, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Refreshments will follow the service, with the committal taking place afterward at Perl Funeral Home.

Gracie’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in the peace of Christ and the everlasting light of heaven.
