John E White 10/25/42-07/16/21

John passed away in Medford OR after a brief battle with cancer at the home of his daughter, Pam. John was a former resident of Skagit County, WA., Aberdeen WA., Chester CA. and Red Bluff CA.. His current home was in Brookings OR. where his life partner Vicky still resides.

He was born in Sedro Woolley, WA. to David & Thelma (Riggles) White. He attended school in Skagit Valley and graduated from Sedro Woolley High School. In his early adult years he worked in various shake mills in Washington and Oregon as a sawyer and eventually bought his own mill in Pacific Beach WA. He also had a band called The Tee's that performed at various night clubs and venues for many years. After several years of working in his mill and playing music he decided to follow his passion of music. He was known in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and California by many who loved to hear him perform.

He is survived by his long time partner Vicky Hummell, His daughter Pam White of Medford OR, his son Darren White of Aberdeen WA. and step daughter Yvette Green of Los Molinos CA. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and all 4 of his siblings and his son Kevin White.

A Celebration of Life hosted by Pam White and Vicky Hummell will be held on August 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at The Aloha Sun Mobile Home Estates club house located at 3600 Avenue G White City OR 97503
