Leonard Keith Hunter, Jr., age 63, of Eagle Point, Oregon, passed away on September 21, 2024. Born on April 30, 1961, in Westminster, California, he was the son of Leonard K. Hunter, Sr. and Diane Hunter (Fletcher).

Leonard dedicated many years of his life as a short and long-haul trucker. He found joy in fishing, camping, and cherishing moments with his friends and family. He was a kind-hearted soul who loved roosters and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard K. Hunter, Sr.

Leonard is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Jackie Hunter; his daughters, Nicole Lewis of Texas, Rhonda Hansome, and Michelle Purvis; and his sons, Wyatt Hunter and Leonard K. Hunter, III, all from Oregon. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In keeping with Leonard's wishes, there will be no formal service. We invite you to remember him as the amazing and giving person he was, deeply loved by all who knew him.
