IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia Ann
Seggelink
August 2, 1943 – January 17, 2026
Patricia Ann Seggelink (Graham) 8/2/43 - 1/17/2026 was born in Washington DC to Thomas and Virginia Graham. The family moved to Eau Claire, WI where Patricia graduated from St. Regis High School in 1961. She attended the University of Wisconsin Stout where she received her BS degree in 1965 and met her future husband, Fred Seggelink.
The couple was married August 2nd, 1964 and shortly after moved to New Ulm, Minnesota where Fred took a job with the 3M Company. They spent six years in New Ulm before Fred transferred to St. Paul, MN and then to Medford, Oregon in 1975. By this time, the family had expanded to include three children; Mike, Dawn and Shannon.
Patricia adored being a mother and later on, a grandmother, and could often be found on the sidelines of her children and grandchildren's many activities. Once the children were grown, Pat went to work for the Rogue Valley Manor, first as Executive Assistant to the CEO and later as the Director of Resident Services. She retired in 2002 after 18 years with the Manor. Patricia was a devout catholic and her relationship with the Lord was of utmost importance in her life. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Church for more than 50 years.
Patricia served her community in many ways, but truly loved her time volunteering with Call-a-Ride, an organization that drove patients to their doctor's appointments. After retirement, she and her husband, Fred, enjoyed spending their winters in Arizona with their children and Patricia's sister, brother, and sis-in-law, who they often traveled to Europe with as well.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 62 years, Fred; children Mike, Dawn and Shannon; daughter-in-law Mechiell Whitaker Seggelink, sister Mary Reilly; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Penny Graham; and grandchildren Jackson, Tessa, Lance, Trinity, and CJ. She was preceded in death by her brother Fred Graham.
Patricia lived a very full life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank the incredible staff at the Rogue Valley Manor Memory Care who lovingly cared for Patricia the last three years of her life, as well as the amazing team from Bristol Hospice who was with her in her final moments.
Funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 1:00pm.
